If you were to travel to the top floor, you would find the penthouse. This is where The Watson household resides for the time being. They used to live in the wealthy part of New York City, but then wanted a change of pace, and now live in this luxurious six bedroom apartment. The view of the building is extravagant, and because of the building's height, you are able to see the tip of Radcliff Heights.

In most cites, there are apartments for those who wish to live there. Now, these ones can very from quite expensive, to ridiculously cheap. Which means, most wealthy families will live here, and those with children, will allow their kids to attend Radcliff Heights, in the next town over. Along with those who are rather on the poor side, who will be forced to make do.
